After obtaining his baccalaureate in 1986, in his hometown of Pointe-Noire, René Safou Tchibinda went to Brazzaville
to continue his studies.
He enrolled at Marien Ngouabi University where he obtained a law degree three years later. Subsequently, this young
a curious man, passionate about reading and endowed with a vast culture, arrives in France with his head full of dreams. His

René Safou Tchibinda, who has always kept a multitude of projects in his drawers, chooses to launch himself into
entrepreneurship, as a real estate developer. The accommodation of African diplomatic personnel in Paris is
integral part of its activities. By taking this niche, the man, known for his great listening skills and his
interpersonal skills, built up a voluminous address book over the years. A quarter of a century later, this great
traveler, who is on first name terms with some of the big names in business circles, has his connections in several circles
around the world. His friends come from a wide variety of countries.
René Safou Tchibinda is now working to diversify his activities, without
